The Kioto- protocol is the manager of regulating the emission of six provocative gases of the global warming: carbon dioxide (CO2), gas methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O), besides three industrial gases fluorados: Hidrofluorocarbonos (HFC), Perfluorocarbonos (PFC) and Hexafluoruro of sulphur (SF6), in an approximate percentage of 5 % within the period that goes from the year 2008 to 2012, in comparison to the emission a year 1990.

Besides the fulfillment that the industrialized countries have done as for the emission of greenhouse gases there was promoted also the generation of a sustainable development, in such a way that one uses also not conventional and like that energies diminish the global warming.

For his part, the environment minister Joke Schauvliege assures that Belgium must continue working to manage to reduce even in 20 % the emission in 2020 and that it is in hands of the citizens. For the good of all, let’s wait that like that it is.
