Comparing to the north of Europe, education is still a pending subject for most Spanish citizens.
The fact that the European Union was deciding to sit it sedate in Brussels it is already a clear example of the category and the level of the city. The differences between the inhabitants Mediterranean countries, as Spain, and those of center europa jump at sight. This already is estimated in the simple tone of voice.

Due to the climate in Spain the people pass more time in the street, though it should not be an excuse to dirty the streets or to destroy urban material. Another great difference is the safety that is had in the public transport of Belgium if we compare them with those of Spain, where the level of assaults is much higher. The great question is which is the reason of that produce these so accused differences to themselves? Is it a question of mistake of education and respect towards the others?
It is true that while the question continues in the air, governments like the Spanish are doing the possible thing for equalizing the situation that one lives in the countries of the south with those of the north, introducing reforms that not always prove to work.
The solution will be to continue working all joined to support a level of public-spirit balanced on the European countries.
